Welcome to the Department of Management Studies at HCU’s School of Business and Leadership. We currently offer two undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and BBA in Human Resource Management, with plans underway to introduce BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Aligned with HCU’s core pillars—Entrepreneurship, Ethics, Global Competence, and Philanthropy—our department nurtures students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, uphold ethical standards, and compete globally.
Graduates in Marketing can pursue careers in brand management, digital marketing, public relations, market research, and more. Those in Human Resource Management can work in employee relations, training and development, payroll management, and HR information systems.

Programme Options
Bachelor of Business Administration
Upon completion of the programme, students will be awarded a
Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management (Option)
Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing (Option)
Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Duration
The programme takes a year with two semesters to complete and requires 120 credit hours.
Graduation Requirements
A student is required to enrol and pass all the college required and core courses of the programme before graduation. Additionally, he/she is expected to abide by the regulations and policies of HCU.
